Infectious mononucleosis skin rash without previous antibiotic use.

A 20-year-old female patient presented with fever, pharyngitis and lymphadenopathy. The diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis was established by high levels of IgM antibodies against the Epstein–Barr virus.
